frequency of tasks - how often we are required to provide our services
levels of materials/supplies involved - self explanatory
geographical location - physical accessibility for our staff, by road and or public transport.

As an indicator we are priced for the middle sector within the London Market place. That is we are not the cheapest and by the same token we are not the most expensive.
